2. Subject of the contract
The seller provides the buyer with live one-to-one video lessons with an independent teacher, in IT and cybersecurity, as a monthly plan. Nothing is shipped: every lesson is a live video call in our lesson room at the time agreed. This contract is concluded at a distance, on the internet.
3. Service and price
- Teacher: the teacher you choose when you start the plan.
- Plan: 8, 12, 16 live lessons per plan period of 28 days. Each lesson is 60 minutes.
- Price: the teacher's price per lesson multiplied by the number of lessons in the plan, for example 12 lessons x 2.704 TL = 32.446 TL per plan period. The exact amount is shown on the payment screen and in your order email, in Turkish lira.
- Prices are set in US dollars and shown in Turkish lira (current rate: USD 1 = TL 49.16). Your card is charged in Turkish lira at the rate shown on the payment screen.
4. Payment
Payment is made by card, online, through Tami. Card details are entered on the payment page and are never stored by the seller. The first plan period is charged when the plan starts.
5. Performance
The plan starts after payment. Lessons take place at the weekly times the buyer chose with the teacher, in the lesson room, which opens 10 minutes before the start. The seller does not guarantee any exam result, job or skill level.
6. Automatic renewal
- The plan renews automatically at the end of every plan period (28 days, shown to you as a month) until you cancel, at the same price per lesson you started with.
- You can cancel at any time in My plans. A cancellation applies from the end of the period you have already paid for; nothing further is charged and you keep the lessons of the paid period.
- We email you 3 days before a renewal and again when it happens. If you want to change to another package (8, 12 or 16 lessons), the change applies from the next period.
- You can pause a plan once per period for up to 20 days. Lessons you did not use are carried over to the next period; when a plan ends, unused lessons become balance on your Sudo Tutors account, which is site credit and is applied to your next plan payment.
7. Cancellation and refunds
- If a lesson cannot take place because the teacher cancels or does not attend, you can choose between a refund of that lesson to your Sudo Tutors balance or to your card.
- A lesson you cancel more than 12 hours before the start is returned to the plan. A lesson you cancel 12 hours or less before the start, or do not attend, counts as taken.
- Not the right fit after your first plan lesson? Switch to another teacher within 48 hours and your unused lessons move with you.
8. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of the day it is concluded, without giving a reason, by writing to support@sudotutors.com.
Under Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation (Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği) the right of withdrawal does not apply to services whose performance starts, with your approval, before the 14-day period ends. By ticking the box on the payment screen you ask us to let lessons start before the period ends. You then lose the right of withdrawal for the lessons you have already taken.
If you withdraw after some lessons have been taken, we refund the price of the lessons not yet taken within 14 days of your request, to the card you paid with, through Tami. The lessons already taken are charged at the plan's price per lesson.
9. Complaints and applications

- You can also apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee (Tüketici Hakem Heyeti) or the Consumer Court (Tüketici Mahkemesi) at your place of residence or ours, within the monetary limits the Ministry of Trade announces each year.
10. Records
When the buyer accepts this contract, the seller stores the version of the text (2026-10-05), the time of acceptance and the IP address, together with the plan and the payment.
