How much does it cost and how do I pay?
Every teacher sets their own hourly price, shown on their profile and next to each time you can book. Start with a free 15-minute intro call, then keep a weekly plan with that teacher. Single lessons are available too. Right now the site is a private test: no payments are switched on and nothing is charged. Payment details will be explained here before real money moves.
What is my balance?
When you cancel in time, or a lesson does not happen, its price is refunded to your Sudo Tutors balance, never to a card. Your balance is site credit that is applied automatically to your next booking, with any teacher. It is not paid out as money.
How do weekly plans renew, pause and cancel?
A plan is with one teacher, with 1 to 5 lessons a week, in cycles of 28 days, and it renews automatically. Lessons you did not use in a cycle expire when it renews. You can pause once per cycle for up to 20 days; the renewal moves later. You can cancel at any time: the plan then runs until the end of the period you have paid for, with no fee, and you can reactivate it before it ends. We email you before and when a plan renews.
How do lessons work?
You book a 60-minute slot with a teacher. At lesson time you both join a video room right in the browser, nothing to install. It has screen sharing and chat, and your notes and homework stay with the lesson. We email you a confirmation with a calendar file, and reminders 24 hours and 1 hour before.
What if I can't make it?
Cancel or reschedule free up to 12 hours before the lesson and it is refunded to your Sudo Tutors balance, ready for any teacher. Closer than that, the teacher keeps the slot they held for you.
What if my teacher doesn't show up?
Report it right after the lesson. We check who was in the room, and if the teacher wasn't there the lesson is refunded to your balance.
What if we are not a good fit?
Your first lesson with a teacher is covered by our guarantee: you get one free replacement lesson to try someone else. The free intro call helps you avoid that in the first place.

No. Teachers adapt to your level, from first steps to certification prep like Security+, CEH and OSCP.
Who are the teachers?
